Prime Rib With Au Juice – Who doesn’t know rib meat? This delicious and expensive meat can be created with a variety of delicious preparations. For me cooking the best meat is by baking. Prime Rib with Au Jus – a premium recipe that we can present at Christmas. It’s always the greatest of our holiday table!

This rib roasting method uses a flavorful marinade injection that results in runny and tender roast with a crispy brown crust.

How to cook a delicious roast rib is as follows :


For the rib:

1 (6 pound) boneless prime rib, boneless roast

3/4 tsp Garlic powder

1/2 tsp Onion powder

1/3 cup Soy sauce

1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce

1- 1/2 tbsp Browning sauce

1 – 3/4 cups Water

2 tsp Kosher salt

2 tbsp Olive oil

1 tbsp Black pepper, freshly ground

For the Au Jus :

2 cups Beef broth

1 2/3 tbsp All-purpose flour

1/3 cup Marinade and drippings mixture from roasting pan


Put the ribs on the grill rack (better fat side up ). Then whisk all garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, Browning sauce, soy sauce and water in medium bowl. Using a meat injector, then inject about ¾ cup of seasoning evenly into the roast. for the rest of the seasonings, you can pour it into a roasting pan.

Prepare a small bowl then mix salt n pepper. Rub toasted evenly with olive oil and mixture of salt and papper. Then let the roast reach room temperature by leaving it for 2 hours.

If 1 hour has passed, heat the oven to 450 degrees F. Bake for 30 minutes. Then open the oven door, remove the roast, reduce the temperature of the oven to 200 degrees F. Each oven varies, maybe around 6-7 minutes. You can guess by yourself.

To make au jus :

Heat the marinade and drippings mixture from roasting pan. Cook on medium heat. Then add the flour slowly, while continuing to shake and change like pasta. Pour beef broth into pan and whisk to combine. Boil until thickens and keep stirring for about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
